Steelers Coach Mike Tomlin's 100k Fine for Sideline Interference-Nate Gray Zone

I just watched the replay of Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin’s actions versus the Baltimore Ravens, and the movie Coming to America popped into my head. You know, the part where Prince Akeem says "You dumb fuck!”

First off...why did he have his back to a game in progress? And him moving out of the way as Ravens receiver Jacoby Jones got closer to him made me question his motives. As a professional football coach Mike Tomlin knows the rules so why would he step on the white line on the field?

As a NFL coach with millions in the bank he's probably laughing at the 100k penalty like rapper Jay-Z, What’s 100 grand to a coach like me, can you please remind me? I understand the fine of 100k, but I wonder if stripping the draft picks is overkill? 100k might not matter but the picks are going to hurt.

I guess the NFL wants to stress that they are serious. You can make all of the bone headed moves that you want, but you're going to pay for them. And not just cash. The NFL is coming for the jugular.
