The path of an entrepreneur, you are in orbit: When you are in orbit, you are on a path. Whatever path that you're on, you will align with and attract what is on your path

In terms of networking you attract and align with the relationships you have and the types of opportunities you get. Although your moves are intentional,  some connections and opportunities that you get come even when you are not directly working toward them because you are in orbit

I’ve made several connections in my life at times when I was not out intentionally pursuing networking opportunities.  I’ve made connections while I was en route to or on my 9 to 5 job.

Its like I'm Clark Kent when I go to my day job and I'm Superman when I go network and do nate gray zone business. The first time I met Les Brown I was on my job. I was clark kent at work. I decided at that moment to take a break , i get on the elevator to head to the restaurants and snack shops downstairs, and there he is in the lobby. I walked up to meet him and introduced myself. You can hear more about that in my tribute I did to Les on my youtube channel Nate Gray Zone. 

Or even a time when I met Chris Gardner-Pursuit of Happyness, I was not clark kent or superman, I was just picking up some key lime pie at the restaurant for my wife and the kids. I’ll tell y’all about that on another one. And maybe I can even connect with Chris on something later in the future. 

Now even on that note, I talk about networking, leveraging connections, and building relationships in my book Break Through with Les Brown and many others and i mention how sometimes you can make connections now for later. Sometimes you might not build something right away. It will build over time
